  協會簡介中文版

  中國農產品市場協會(Chinese Agri-products Marketing Association,英文縮寫 CHAMA),是2002年6月經中華人民共和國民政部批準成立的全國性社會團體法人。協會現有會員單位945個,都是具有全國或區域性影響的大型農產品批發市場。

  中國農產品協會的主管部門是中華人民共和國農業部,并接受民政部的監督管理。

  中國農產品市場協會業務范圍是:行業管理、信息交流、咨詢服務、業務培訓、國際合作、專業展覽、產銷推介、品牌促進等。

  中國農產品市場協會堅持以新發展理念為引領,以經濟建設為中心,緊密圍繞加快轉變農業發展方式重點,以發展現代農產品市場體系為宗旨,搭建更高層次的農產品市場流通主體服務性平臺,開展農產品產銷銜接、國內外行業展會、農業風險高峰論壇、質量安全培訓、農業市場大數據等服務,提高農產品流通企業管理水平和開拓市場服務,充分發揮農產品市場體系對我國農業增效、農民增收和穩定市場供應的保障作用。

  秘書處是協會的辦事機構,內設培訓聯絡部,信息咨詢部、秘書財務部。

  中國農產品市場協會的宗旨與工作目標以建立完善全國農產品市場體系、提升市場建設和市場管理水平,更好的發揮農產品市場體系對農業增效、農民增收和穩定市場供應的支撐保障作用為宗旨,扎扎實實開展市場行業自我服務、自我發展與完善、自我保護、自我監督管理的多項有益活動。

  發揮橋梁和紐帶作用當好政府部門的參謀與助手,幫助、督促農產品市場貫徹國家的方針政策,及時向政府部門反映市場行業中發展中遇到的困難和問題,并就一些共性問題進行調查研究,提出有關政策建議和意見。

  組織同行業交流組織會員就市場規劃與建設、體制改革、經營管理等問題交流、研討與合作,組織推廣先進的管理模式。

  行業咨詢與信息服務應會員要求,就市場規劃與建設方案、經營管理等方面的問題開展診斷、咨詢。收集分析國內外市場農產品市場信息,預測市場走勢,采取多種方式為會員提供信息服務。建立并開通中國農產品市場協會專門網站,使用權之成為“會員之家”;出版協會會刊。

  人才培訓與開發組織開展市場管理人員的業務技術培訓,根據需要舉辦不同層次的培訓、研討活動,提高隊伍素質。

  國際交流與合作積極開展與國際農產品市場協會及有關國家的交流與合作,組織市場管理人員赴有關國家考察、學習農產品市場流通建設與營銷管理的先進經驗與做法。

  名優農產品展覽應會員要求,以大型農產品批發市場為依托,組織名優農產品及加工新技術,新成果展示展覽,幫助會員開拓市場。

  建立全國農民經紀人聯系網以農產品市場為支撐,為從事農產品流通營銷大戶、中介服務組織等農民經紀人(農戶、合作組織、企業等)搭建一個相互聯系溝通、磋商合作、交流經驗、洽談貿易的網絡平臺,根據需要舉辦農民經紀人知識技術和管理培訓班,在政府部門領導下開展“評優選強”活動,以提高經紀人隊伍的整體素質。

  維護會員合法權益應會員要求,就市場行業負擔與損害等問題展開調查,為會員排憂解難;對會員共同關心的一些問題,進行協調、撮合,視情況做出共同的約定或承諾,維護市場行業的整體利益。

  嚴格行業自律切實加強行業內的自我約束、自我監督與管理,規范市場行為,樹品牌、立信譽,形成良好的市場秩序和公眾形象。當前和今后一段時期要將嚴把農產品市場準入關,建立檢測檢驗制度,確保居民吃上“放心農產品”當作一件大事,抓緊抓好,抓出成效。

Brief Introduction to the Chinese Agri-Products Marketing Association

  The Chinese Agri-products Marketing Association(CHAMA) is a national social organization legal person set up in June 2002 approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The CHAMA now has a total number of 945 members of the executive council,which are all large-scale agricultural produce wholesale markets with national or regional influence.

  The professional responsible department of the CHAMA is the Ministry of Agriculture and receives supervision by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

  The professional business scope of the CHAMA approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs includes:sector administration,information exchange,advisory service,professional training, international cooperation andprofessional exhibition.

  The secretariat of the CHAMA is the administrative body that includes Training and Liaison Department,information Consultant Department,Secretaty Finance Department.

  Theme and work objectives of the CHAMA.Establish a perfect national agri-produce market system,increase the level of market construction and market administration,bring the support and guarantee role of agricultural produce market system in enhancing agricultural effectiveness,increasing farmers’ income,and stabilizing market supply as the theme even better, and unfold market sector self-service,auto-development,perfect self-protectiong,self-supervision and self-administration and other beneficial activities in a down-to-earth manner.

  Bringing the bridging and linking role into full play.Be the adviser and assistant for the government departments,help and supervise the implementation of national policies in agricultural produce market,timely reflect departments the difficulties and problems encountered during the development of market sector to the government,undertake surveys and research on certain common problems and put forward suggestions and opinions concerning policies.

  Organizing exchange within the Industry.Organize members of the CHAMA in exchange,study and cooperation in issues of market planning,restructuring and operational administration. Organize and actively extend advanced administrative models.

  Sector advisory and information services.Upon the request of the members of the CHAMA, unfold diagnosis and advisory in terms of market planning, construction program and operational administration. Collect and analyze the information of the agricultural produce market both at home and abroad, predict the trend of market, and provide information service for members of the CHAMA in various means. Establish and open the special website of the CHAMA and make it to become the home of the members of the CHAMA.Publish the Journal of the CHAMA.

  Personnel people training and development.Organize and unfold professional technical training for market administrative personnel and sponsor training and study activities at various levels in accordance with demand so as to improve the team quality.

  International exchange and cooperation.Actively unfold exchange and cooperation between the international agri-produce market associations and related countries.Organize market administrative personnel to related countries for inspection and learning, study the advanced experience and practice in agri-produce market construction and marketing administration.

  Famous and quality agri-produce exhibition.Upon the request of the members of the CHAMA and supported by large-scale agri-produce wholesale markets, sponsor famous and quality agri-produces and their processing products as well as exhibition of new technology and new research results so as to help members of the CHAMA open up new market.

  Establishment of a national farmer broker liaison network.Supported by agri-produce market, establish a network platform mutual contact and bridging, consultant and cooperation, exchanging experience and negotiating trade for large-scale rural households, middlemen and other farmer brokers(rural households, cooperative organizations,enterprises,etc.)in agri-produce circulation. Sponsor knowledge, technical and administrative training courses among farmer brokers according to demand. Under the leadership of the government departments, unfold activities of “evaluate the quality and select the strong” so as to improve the overall quality of the brokers.

  Defending the legitimate right and interests of members.Upon the request of the members of the CHAMA, unfold investigations on issues of market sector burden and damage so as to allay worries and tide over their difficulties for members of the CHAMA.
